About guilds

It seems they give buffs to the guild members, but I know nothing about it.

How do they work? Just being in a guild will give me buffs? Do I have to earn them?

There's absolutely no information out there about this and I'd like to know, because I'm not in one at the moment and, even though I don't like them, I should be in one if they give buffs..

When you are in the guild you can farm reputation by killing mobs. Then you get buffs

You're right I'm sorry! It's just that opening the minimap on the controller doesn't show that, you've to press tab.
