you need to collect demonic sheep relic and jefre'S description than keep on playing the game until you hear a scream of sheep than enter the portal

it is rng so it could take a while

No they're not outdated you moron. Collecting the relics still works, as other pointed out.

but that alone doesnt help since it doesnt tell me what to do whit those or where the portal appears you moron, and also all of the tutorials i saw where outdated on a map where by the position of the act portals alone you can see its not the current one

Get these 2 relics ( Demon Sheep and Jefre's Subscripition ) go to Town of Inoya top right corner ,activate the skull statue ,go to the left side of the map where there are 6 Tombstones and activate them in the right order ( 2nd-6th-4th-5th-3rd-1st) and there's your Sheeponia Portal. You can go straight for the map boss that drops WH key with 100% chance everytime,open portal to city and re-enter and boss is there again,no need to do puzzle from beggining . Voila

I heard you could open it with the fortune card. I beat a worm hole lvl 150+ boss and in the chest were two relics. I touched them while waiting on the acid puddle. Fortune card spawned green fire rain and I instantly die upon pick up...
