Anubis Ankh

I'm currently trying to get Anubis Ankh. I've got Gurag Heart from first encouner, and for Death Sigil I've battled Death 3-4 times. But for Anubis... I'm fighting him around hour already (by teleporting to city and back after his death, and not entering portal; same I did with Death), killing him once in 1 minute (which means, around 20-30 tries already), but no artifact. Is this bug, or am I not supposed to get it in this way?

no, this method works...maybe try switching to a harder difficulty

or go for the hell boss and grind his horn, it has the same effect
random drops are always like this
you want something so badly and it never drops
