So yeah I'd concur.
And well, 15 turn for a boss fight isn't much, i don't see where the probleme is. If you want boss fight to end instantly it's not a good idea to play a RPG.
I remember, back in the old days, RPG's had weak and tough enemies depending on the story progression, when you were having a hard time it meant you had to back off and get better elsewhere, then try again.
Here it's just always auto scaling and taking away the fun at grinding / doing as many quests and defeat a lot of enemies to get better.
This is a personal opinion, i'm sure some will disagree.
This is not just related for Edge of Eternity, I've played RPG's some time ago that had this too....and there too I didn't like this approach.
"In that case you probably shouldn't have bought the game", is what people often say, however in many cases you don't know what to expect, I didn't expect it here and sometimes the scaling can be more flexible, more lenient, but here it's very close to the player's level when the reading says "scaled".
Then focus on crafting new weapon and armor when you get new blueprint and you'll be set.
