There are just too many things going on in this fight. You have aoe from the boss in front if it, tentacle spawn dmg, dmg from tentacle attack, party members being moved, and the zombies. Thats already a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to deal with but then you gotta make the zombies endless and the tentacles attack cause ATB reset.....its just.....too much.
You really need to remove some. IMO its a complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I appreciate what you were going for but the phrase "sometimes less is more" would be really appropriate to use here. As of now I still havce not gone back to the game to play because I dont want to deal with this section of the game. And it angered me enough to not only stop playing but write this much of a detailed message about it....so I hope you take it seriously as I see MANY other comments about this fight similair to my own
What I had to do to beat it was play smart, use the skills and items I had on my inventory to assist. Positioning was important. Using the main character to keep the attackers from behind busy while using the other characters to attack the boss. At some moments, I had to switch away from the boss to help control the minor enemies.
If a player hurries through the story before entering this area, I can see how they could get stuck. That is why I think a warning before entering this part is better than nerfing the boss. Too easy and its boring.
We plan indeed to add a warning, we are just overwhelmed with the quantity of work on everything but it's planned to add it, anyway we nerfed a lot bosses from Chapter III for next patch to make sure that the difficulty curve progress accross chapters instead of having a sudden peak at Chapter III.
This was extremely hard, and impossiboe to get all three bonus task Point. it is the second time myrne is dissapearing and nowhere to find.
Even restarting does not fix this. i had to start the game new on new save.
This made this bossfight for me nearly impossible. Just got it, becouse i changed the dificulty factor on 0,00. But myrne is still missing again. :(
push letter i for the menu --> main settings, before cristals, the first place, and here you can make return to myrna.
