So she really was cut, that's a shame. Is Eline supposed to be the second bearer? Or maybe Ysoris's silver-haired goddess? ...Are those the same character?
I still think its weird that they didn't take the line out of the cutscene if she wasn't going to appear. I understand though, the game is impressive all things considered. Its a very rough cut gem, but a gem all the same. The second half was a wild ride. I'd love to see what happens next, but I can't imagine what it would take this small team to make a second game like this. They aren't even done with the first one.
Looks to me like Ysoris will also be part of the party judging by the scythe he uses. Eline may really be Ysoris' silver-haired goddess.
I'm a little surprised the studio is still going with how overambitious they were with Edge of Eternity and how much polish was still lacking when they ran out of time and money. Good for them, the new game looks neat. I hope Memories gets a better reception than Eternity.
