Who was Jason Doucette?

Saw his name at the end of the credits, got a bit interested and all I could find was a Twitter account with the same name but the guy is obviously still alive. Then I found something on a funeral home website of this guy with the same name who died in 2011. And there's another of a programmer but his death hasn't been announced what so ever on any of his websites. Does anyone know who Jason Doucette is?

Taking into consideration that "In Loving memory" almost always implies that the person has passed away and that I, in my own experience, haven't really seen Moldenhauer often for a last name (It could be common somewhere, but I've just never encountered it before)

If you go through the tributes section, you will find Ryan/Ayako Moldenhauer on page 2 and Chad/Maja Molderhauer on page 3

I could entirely believe that there is a possibility that there could be multiple people who share the same name as these 4, but I'd struggle with believing that its a coincidence that there would be two people named Chad Moldenhauer married or somehow related to Maja well enough that they would share the same tribute post, let alone this being true for Ryan/Ayako as well, who appear to live around the same area, and as far as I can tell, are about the same age.
