Mines was Dr Kahl's Robot and that mountain level(forgot its name) in inkwell island 3

The bee hilariously easy with the lobber...

As matter of fact most bosses have weapons that are must-haves. For example, while lobber is great for the bee it´s crap for the devil, which I found out was quite easy with triple shot.

Hardest boss? Oughta be Beppi (I feel ashamed of myself).
Hardest Run N' Gun? Oughta be Rugged Ridge.

Also, I can agree that Dr. Kahls Robot is the hardest boss in cuphead, but he really isnt that hard after a while.
