How to place blueprints?

Alot of blueprints can't be placed at ground level. Some even have a sign that has to be underground/not visible to have the correct level. But usually this don't work. I have to place my blueprints/workshop items mid air?

Turn off all collisions in the settings, I only turn mine on, when i need to, otherwise, they are always, all off.

Let me guess, are they coaster? If so then its probably rides that were created using a mod. You cant place those

Not coasters for me. Normal scenary bp.

Well thats very off then indeed. I only had this happen with blueprints where the creator had mods
