What is needed (Opinions and ideas)

Here's a idea to make this game awesome. I feel like we should add hotels for the resort theme, but also been able to attach pools and slides to the hotel. This makes guests more attracted to it. And I also think we should be able to build hallways and rooms with interiors into the hotel. So then it is not empty, but guests walk down hallways to a lobby and there rooms. The lobby should have a drop down when selected that allows you to choose a theme or make a custom theme with scenery.

Now unofficialy a talk thread. Add what you also want to be added, or argue amongst each other, add links to other discussions, I don't care.

Hotels and restaurants came very late in PC1. I'm sure they will come to PC2, too.

If you have a large width path, 90% of that path is unused, and you have a very tight lemming train of people going from A to B. they dont spread out, theres no personality between laidback casual guests and those wishing to rush, and attempt to go on as many rides as possible. guests should also be walking at different paces too.

so for that reason. we need to forget ever having security and theft, because that subject matter is far too complicated for what we currently have. all of work needs to be done regarding code and how in which guests and staff behave, is needed before we can even start to think about security and theft.

also, i disagree that its impossible. It isnt impossible to do today. it simply wasnt on the dev's checklist of priorities that was all. not alot was except the workshop.
Infact the workshop was priority over just about everything in the game.
so much so they gave the workshop a huge giant button within the UI.

We got a mobile game at best this time around. The guests in the original RCT1 had better guest AI and personality than this game. I would be embarrassed if I were one of the developers writing code for this "game".

Has anyone thought about the fact the engine they used 9 years ago is not the same? You can not just copy and paste code from engine to engine. You guys are so entitled its ridiculous.

For a game that is meant to be a sequal?

That isnt an excuse.
7 years is along time. Whether its a new engine or an upgraded one, that defision was made by the higher ups. You still have to deliver a game worthy of a sequal.

Whether the code is the same or not, hotels and restaurants dont function very differently from staff rooms or the changing rooms. The functionalities are already in the game.
Its only the expansion pieces we had in planco1 for hotel capacity that isnt a thing in planco2 and would need some work if thats the route they wish to take it.

Also sidenote. Can i just say its an absolute joke of an upgrade. Alot of planco2 looks worse than planco1. Look at the water rides for example.

You say entitled but this should be a sequal. I should be seeing stuff we never had in planco1 like water based rides like paddle boats, bumper boats. Even other attractions like mini golf, cinema and various other activities.
Even the pools and flumes arnt enough content to conclude a sequal name tag, especially when alot of what planco2 has to offer is a downgrade in alot of respects and has far less content. Staff management, guest simulation. Most of the game is in a terrible state.

Perhaps £40 is a drop in the ocean for you, but its alot of money for others.
Planco1 is a far better game to purchase tham what planco2 has to offer, and i tale no joy in saying that.

But no. Expecting a game to be bigger and better than the prequal is not a hard ask.
You do this all the time in real life whether its buying a new car, new phone, right down to upgrading your internet. You expect better not the same or less.

I second this. Some more water rides would be so amazing.. jacuzzi, showers, and waterjet from rct3, water gun and water balloon fight area -- I wish I could get all of these.. 😍😍
