Now let's talk the path system. Plancoriginal has simple but effective paths but time and patients one could learn to make things that worked well easily. Planco2 paths look great on the surface but not really. In fact they don't even sit on the surface! Just try to make a path go smoothly over a small hill. And then there is the auto snapping function with it that will distort hours of design and make your artistic path turn to rubbish. And the tool to edit paths.. Well that autosnapping makes it just as bad. And the pools have the same issue.
And the lighting in planco2! So much was bragged about rooms getting dark. Well that's only if you have specific graphics solutions so it's kind of a lame duck. And then only three lights are allowed to be triggered. Why? We may never know.... And the light power of various lighting items, very poor. Meanwhile there are signs that can illuminate large areas!
I guess we have to leave it to game modders to get planco2 up to the standards set in Plancoriginal.
Pools/Water
Attach scenery to rides
Scale scenery
Slightly better graphics

Everything Else
Well in PC2 I like the path draw tool, I like the stamp tool, the nodes you can move, and the smoother tool. Overall it feels a lot better and more creative potential than PC1 and PZ. One of the only things I don't like about paths is how paths are a white outline instead of showing the actual path, unless there's a toggle I'm missing or something which there could be because the UI in this game is horrible.
The AI is abysmal, which seems to be because Frontier dumbed down the game on PC because of consoles. The guest limit is atrocious as well as the map sizes.
The dialogue reminds me of Park Beyond. Which is such a disappointing game I don't want anything to remind me of it.
Graphics not much better than pc1 at least not enough to warrant the price difference and the lack of all that wonderful scenery that pc1 has to offer.
attachable ride decoration is a plus
pools I cant comment on as i don't use them and have not even tried them
steam boats run in a channel on pc2 very bad decision by frontier which needs changing imediately (this really bugs me lol)
not all coasters have lap modes (can't even guess at why not)
no synchronized stations (if i was prime minister/president i would have frontier executed for this)
no terrain making shapes (they missed a trick there)
would it really have been that difficult to make every scenery piece rotatable on all axes (no seriously would it?)
i'm sure i could go on but I wont however i will leave on this note. If you want to annoy every person that ever supported your games don't release dlc before fixing the major bugs and either don't drop the game price of the premium version of the game after all the people who pre ordered the game paid full price or at least give them the free update, frontier you should be ashamed of yourselves
PS: Try Parkitect, it´s even better than PC1, but has Pixelgraphics. I like the Artstyle but I know many don´t like it so I warn you ahead
