Planet Coaster 2 graphics are weird

I downloaded Planet Coaster 2 today and while playing I realized something was odd.

If you look at other YouTubers' videos, the graphics are very ordinary, but there was something strange about my game.

The graphics seemed to be broken, with parts turning black and numerous dots appearing.

I'm using an RTX 4060 and there's no problem with performance at all, but setting the graphics settings to the highest doesn't solve the problem.

I didn't have this problem in Planet Coaster 1, so I'm embarrassed.

This is a HDR related problem, There is no solution (that i am aware off), except turn off HDR. I have the same problem.

And I have very poor colors compared to when I played it on PS5. On PS5 they where fantastic. On PC no matter what settings I use its far from as good.

Yea, my Planet Coaster 2 graphics are so stale and harsh on textures in my park. No matter how many settings I change. The original Planet Coaster still looks great on my PC.

same on my 5080 as well. just a mess everywhere, white faces on all customers, no textures loading properly. no other games having issues.
Not an overclock issue either like suggested above as I didn't overclock the card.

Have you tried changing the graphic settings?

Exactly the same issue on my brothers new PC, above the recommended specs but it looks messed up even when set to low.
