RIVER RAPIDS RIDE

Am I the only one that thinks the river rapids ride needs a serious upgrade? the one in Roller Coaster Tycoon had wide areas where the boats floated in varied paths & a couple of great stunts to drop the boats through...'s has a rail all through it & no rapids or waves or anything.

What do you mean? The one in PC2 has wide areas and rapids, too. But I agree on more special elements. They are missing. And the water looks aweful.

it has wide areas but there is a rail on each side of the boats to keep them right in the center. RCT had wide areas with no rails & there was a randomness to the way the boats traveled the course

There are wider trackpieces without rails, too.

Completely agree - need a total rework - bigger, wider troughs - better floating animations, lift sections - new elements for the raft to use, steeper drops and ability to make them the way you want - and also translate these changes to the wide and narrow log flumes - they need roller coaster elements - like wild West falls at MW Aus - realignment to be straight in troughs - they are still off alignment - looks stupid - and all of the drops need to be fully customisable - not just the few bits and angles in game - not realistic at all.

The conveyor bits on all pieces are to rough, stupidly levelled and passengers would get whiplash from the speed, angle and bumpiness - they are so off putting - I hardly use the rides now.

Also - get rid of the conveyor section before every drop - the whole mechanics is to jarring and forceful, they look totally unrealistic - or please give us the option to make our own calmer variations - please look into this Frontier!
