Is it a bug to not able to re-color toilet after placed?
Why is it the toilet's color can't be re-adjusted after placing?? Is it a bug??

They can never be adjusted.

In the original planet coaster the colors of the toilets could be changed. PC2 they cannot. Not a bug but another example of features missing in PC2 that were in PC.

They can be recolored before placing. Frontier should fix that. After placing you can move them, recolor, and place them again. https://imgur.com/a/CW8NvzI

Recoloring toilets is possible since day 1.
