Can't believe this is still an issue! I haven't even booted it back up since the update has come out but to see that this still aint fixed is shocking, I wont waste my time. It'll be getting uninstalled at this rate.

Im sick of them not fixing this issue, it seems like it would be more of a priority considering its a basic base game feature and i'm not sure why it hasn't been at the top of more lists. the guests wont even ride it and it just wastes electricity and money, I haven't been motivated to play as i don't want to waste my time only to lose more and more resources and space

Weird. At my park, visitors ride go-karts and when I place trees with the tool the prestige goes up.

Guests DO visit my Go Kart track, but sparingly. More alarming though, is even though the track is scenic to the max, it still holds a 0% scenery rating. This affects the overall prestige, which in turn affects guest attendance!
