Game is on sale

Now the premium version cost like the deluxe normal price. So early buyers got no free dlc and have to buy extra. I dont care about 10Eur but it feels not good to me. What you guys think?!

The number of flatrides are very poor. paid 80€ for the game so for 3 extra flatrides another 10€. This means i would need to pay 90€. Very steep considering the state of the game.
and now you get 58€.
So why the heck did i pay 32€ extra? (42€ with DLC)

Clearly they released the game to early becaus they needed the money.
So a quick DLC boost before 2025.... I feel scammed. reminds me to edit my review....

I'm not sure whether I should wait for the 2024 Steam Winter Sale or get it now. If I get it now, then I risk missing out on getting more than 20% off. But if I wait, then I risk having to buy it full price, because Frontier might not keep 20% off in the 2024 Steam Winter Sale at all.

And yes, I am aware of all the criticism this game has been getting, but I am willing to give this game a chance since I'm a sucker for roller coaster games. And hey, at least it's better than Roller Coaster Tycoon World! 😂

20% discount on a brand new game means they give up and are trying to cash as much as possible. Unfollow and removed from Wishlist. Bummer. Why corporations exist? They are destroying everything.

I am 100% sure they had a early realease it in november (even though the game was not ready) so they could push a small DLC (on short notice) before 2025. My guess they needed the money badly before the fiscal year ended.

i would not be suprised these rides were actual for the base game...

Or it could simply be a sale for X-Mas. Lots of companies do this. Nothing evil here.

I am bitter about the discount, I bought the game full price but did not progress because of the bugs and wait for this month update, and this month update actually came with a discount !! Why punish those who supported the game and did not refund !?

Its not about sale or no sale, its about at what time they do this. You are not understanding the critic bro. Imagine supporting a game you really like on release only to see it 4 weeks later on sale, and mind you the game has many issues that still need to be adressed. This is just wrong

Like others, I also feel burned. Only adding here in hope Frontier is actually reading. Bought the pre-sale deluxe version, only to find it unplayable and a mess. The latest patch finally makes it playable, but simultaneously it's on sale. Along with a DLC they worked on instead of fixing the game. Not happy. I'll own my decision to pre-purchase. That's on me, and won't happen again. It's on Frontier that it's already on sale a month after release.

Had Frontier not stripped the content from the base game and given the new rides as part of the free patch update we would not be having this conversation. Frontier decided to double dip on their greed and its now backfiring big time.

If I were to have purchased the game today it would have only cost me less, I pre ordered and supported Frontier I have been punished with a buggy broken and unplayable launch along with an additional cost.
