Finances stuck on Garden of Edith scenario

I'm going for the final medal in the Garden of Edith scenario. I have two goals to complete, a scenery rating of 4.5 and a park rating of 4.5.

The problem I'm having is that all of a sudden, my finances are stuck / frozen. That is, they don't change unless I purchase something. I also tried closing the park and re-opening it, and the finance amount just stays the same...so no expenses, no revenue.

Can't take out a loan either.

Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, there is some bug going on there. The finance thing is part of the scenario but all other stats are freezing too which makes the scenario unbeatable. It seems that once this happens the only recourse is to restart the scenario and hop it doesn't get bugged when the final tier begins. You might notice that after each tier completes you gain a fairly large amount of cash as well so it's important to spend wisely and be sure you keep the scenery rating maxed early and get a good diversity of flat rides.
Of course it would be much easier if the pools actually drew guests that increased your revenue but that's a whole different issue...

This worked for me, if you set the ticket prices in career mode back to $0.00 (custom). The prices on attractions will go back to normal.

Yeah, when the script fails players have zero control over anything in the finances or other ratings categories.

I am having the same issue. I thought it was introduced by the recent patch but based on these comments that does not seem related.

I have tried completely closing the park (down to 0 guests), resetting all the attraction prices to 0 (custom), but no luck. The profit overview does not update and is still stuck :(
