Release the bonus rides collection as dlc

Its getting really annoying how i cant access many workshop parks because frontier had the bright idea to create content that is impossible to access if you didnt pre order the game. Just release it as a separate dlc already.

You realize that pack doesnt contain the three pre order rides right? That pack was for people who didnt get the deluxe edition of the game. The pre order rides in game is known as the bonus rides collection yet thats no where to be found in the steam store cause they refuse to release it as a separate purchase.

well im getting annoyed by people complaining all the time about this. Its done more often and it was clear from the beginning. So why not pre order then. i did pre order. Dont complain if you made the choice not to do that and take the bonus.

So everyone understand that this topic is about the 3 extra bonus rides from pre-orders. It is not the 10 vintage fair rides.

want the vintage rides back from planet coaster 1, seems the rides mostly suck in PC2.

sucks, find a different forum then. People have a right to complain about this and theres no reason people should be locked out of workshop items because they might have heard about this game after it was released (or didn't want to get suckered into preordering)

I've also pre-ordered and the bonus rides, I still think they should release them sooner rather than later.
That said, I'm sure it will come eventually. Yes, I know there are things like the console exclusive coaster on PC1, but for this pre-order bonus they didn't call it exclusive at all, quite the opposite, the last mail, where they advertised the preorder, they used a phrasing, that makes me even more believe they will bring it as purchaseable DLC, they wrote "pre-order and unlock three thrilling extra rides at no additional cost!" and "ad no additional cost", while this is of course not guaranteed, for me it sounds like a hint that you later can purchase it for money. They also did it for Planet Zoo, you can get the pre-order animals bundled with the Soundtrack in the deluxe DLC there.

Thank you for being the voice of reason. I think its amusing when people shill for corpos and support their anti consumer practices as if they'd get something out of it. The hilarious part is id actually be more profitable for them to release the three pre order rides as a separate dlc than keeping it locked away forever, since any and all business only concern is profit.

As to "why not pre order then" :

I didn't even realize the game was out until recently tbh...

But yea, i'm really sorry that you're annoyed by ppl asking to release the rides as purchasable pack.

I only purchased the game today and am already annoyed by seeing the Water Coaster always popping up as teaser in the menu (like all other DLC) and me having 0 chance to purchase this.. I can only imagine how annoyed ppl with 100s of hrs in this game might be about that fact.

Additionally, i've been stupid enough to buy into early access scams like KSP2, and "full release" failures like CS:2, so excuse me for being a bit cautious when it comes to pre-orders etc in general (even though with PC2 it really went below/above my radar).

Theres a reason why they did that. Half baked game and unpolished so they prayed on FOMO to get those preorders in…
