Adding new Staff to Zones is a nightmare

Hey there,
I have been playing in my park for a while. Now I decided to add some staff zones. Placing new zones is very easy. However, assigning the staffs to the zones is a clicking nightmare! You have to click on every single staff member, go to the personal plan and add the zone by another 3 clicks through windows that open.
There must be an easier way! Please add the zones directly to the staff screen.

So, there's a reason staff zoning's locked in career mode until tens of hours have passed then.. I still haven't unlocked; well passed refund window.
