Im still running a 5800x3d, and a small server rig on a 3700x. Cant fault the ryzen 7 models, really good chips.
Intel just dont have a reliable product right now. Reliability, value, lifespan are the only important metrics. If a chip last longer than its support lifespan, its a good chip.
Nothing else even worth looking at for gaming really.
Literally none of independent pro reviewers has promoted Intel in the recent years...and for good reasons. Y'r simply influenced by marketing&branding
Considering the new intel cpus are crap and their last gen blow up, whilst AMD's new 9800X3D is the best possible CPU for gaming, then, yes. Going for anything other than AMD's 9800X3D would be a huge mistake. But I guess intel fangirls are going to fangirl , lmao
How many years did intel push 14nm+++++++++++++++??? Selling us the same junk year after year after year, and no innovation.
Oh dont forget the 11 gen, the failed generation, a 10nm "MOBILE" architecture that had to be backported to 14nm because intel couldnt get their 10nm fabs online and working with an acceptable silicon failrate margin.
Not to mention "Intel 7" and "intel 5" branding. Thats literally 10nm renamed to mislead consumers.
Really ethical products from a desperate company methinks.
But go ahead, believe what you want buddy. Short memories seem to be pretty common these days.
Go ahead, go search it yourself. ill wait.
Ofcourse. if you are in the market for a gaming cpu , you can't skip either the 7800x3d (previous best gaming cpu) or the new 9800x3d (fastest gaming cpu on the planet). Intel consistantly gets their ass handed to them in games, so if topic starter wants the best of the best, AMD is the way to go.
Unlike most people here i dont watch streamers/youtubers, i dont have tiktok or a instagram account.. my opinion is made by my experience and those around me. But this will just be a boomer vs gen z argument so ill leave it at that:) Happy gaming
Not a good sign if that needs to be explained to someone.
Bye
