Power Does not Reach Rides
Hi
I may do something wrong here but maybe it is a bug.
I have set up a power generator and connected it to two power distribution components to cover my start up park.
All of the rides (shops etc) in my park have therefore power but one ride (chair chain ride) claimed it did not receive any power even though it is within the range of one the distributor.
According to the power information of the generator I should also have enough power for my few rides. In the end I could only resolved the issue by setting up another power generator linked to an own distributor. But after I reloaded my park just now this particular ride again claims that it has no power. So I am inclined to suspect a bug here.
Has anyone else had a similar experience ?
Thanks !!!

I've read (only read not self experienced yet) once or twice about such things. Can be a bug I guess. Solution was always more power distributors for now.

Thanks...tried that. Added distributors, generators etc... does not seem to make a difference...
Also tried deleting and rebuilding the ride... SIGH... :(

Same here. I have a shop that is in the middle of two coasters. Plenty of power available, but no power to shop

i just ran into that, i built a coaster and put a generator and a distributor right beside it and connected them and it says the ride has no power....?

I think you have to look at how much power the ride uses if it uses more than 120 you need multiple generators and distributors all hooked together in range

It happened with me, it said that one distributor does not meet the 208 power requirement so I added two more, adding up to 278, still didn't work and I added more power generators
AHHHHH

I also had the same problem; my problem was fixed when i linked the generators together (not the distributers).

Okay, it's not just me then.

Correct. Each ride, coaster, etc. use a certain amount of power. Each generator produces a certain amount of power.

Same here, just experienced this bug myself. Hopefully it's fixed soon. it goes from working to no power in 0.1ms. Its 100% a bug cuz my distributors keeps "restarting".

Edit: Restarting the game worked for me.

Edit 2: well, restarting game doesnt even work now. I just put power on infinite or whatever its called until they fix it.
