Why no one use swimming pool ?

I have had this , tried restarting and 4 people in the pool , 1 on the flumes , they soon got out and left pool and flumes empty , Kart track never has a single guest on it

I placed 2 pre made pools and made 4 custom hex pools that are connected and some pools have guards and some don't. Still no ones uses any of the pool. I have a huge pre-made rectangle pool in the middle of my place that is constantly filled. I also made 2 flume pre-made pools and people use those. I don't get it, it must be a glitch.

I am on the "Summit" campaign now. The only pools I have seen used are the ones that are pre-built in the campaign. I have added several Frontier blueprint pools that are ignored. So far I have seen 5 people using a pool that I actually placed, even over game restarts.

This is why I am so upset about this game. It is advertised as a water park, but pools are totally broken. I don't see how this game could have been tested or released when the "main" feature is broken.

I've just seen it's winter on mine so it makes sense, gonna keep an eye on it
