Rain, Rain, Go AWAY!!

So far it's getting figured out, and enjoying the game. It's new out, there's going to be things to work out. But this much rain, it's too much.
I get it, I'm playing on a tropical map, that is probably why there is a lot of rain, but this is rain ALL THE TIME! So much that it's actually getting frustrating. I love that the weather affects the game, but this feels unreasonable, and with no way to turn off weather in sandbox or settings.
I would also love to have the option to toggle day and night so it can stay just day or just night.

I have the same problem. Played 3h and had 2h50min of rain.
The biggest issue with the rain was the darkness. It's like the time of day is frozen because it didn't clear up or darkened in the evening. And nowhere is the option to disable rain.

I've gotta say it, I HATE the rain feature in PC2. There needs to be a way to turn it off in settings if you want to.

Cannot change weather but can change day/night lightning.
