MacOs compatibility
I purchased the game while on mac. They never stated on the website or steam page that the game isn't compatible with Mac. I love Planet Coaster 1 and I have been so excited to play PC2 and was so upset. I really Hope they can make it compatible.

they did state this before release and also on the steam page - unfortunately the only option is to use nvidia g-force now subscription which was advertised before they dropped the game. That being said it is not available on the platform yet and i spoke to support earlier, they have said there is no current ETA for the game to be on the platform...

I guess I unfortunately missed that information. I had looked on g-force too and it wasn’t there yet. I hope it is up soon. I’m super excited to play!

Unfortunately it's also not working via Crossover or Whisky for Mac but maybe in the future as you can play Planet Zoo via Crossover as well. Only option for now is to play it via Nvidia's GeForce cloud gaming service.

It took years before PC1 was released for Mac. It was kinda a surprise actually. It launched right when the console version came out. In my experience, most games like Planet Coaster (strategy/simulator games) don't really announce a Mac version until really close to the release. "There are no plans for a Mac version" is a common message seen for games like these that eventually get a Mac version. But I honestly foresee a Mac port in the future for PC2, the question is when... If I'm not mistaken, didn't GeForce Now just do a whole change to their subscription model recently? That might be part of the delay. The good thing about a steam game is that if a Mac version gets released, you won't have to buy it again

I just saw that planet coaster 2 will be on g-force starting this thursday!

i got the same machine, it's quite the powerhouse for that little of a budget. i really hope they will release PlanCo 2 for mac os.
