to play franchise its telling me to log in but i dont seem to be able to? i have no memory of creating an account for planet zoo it just linked my steam account and created it for me i think... anybody has this issue and know how to solve it?

The refund rates for big titles are in the single digit percent range, worst is btw. on Indiegames, they have refund rates up to 18%.
And even if there are some problems, sooo bad is this start not, I'm pretty sure the refund rate is far, far away from 50% ... I'm not sure any title ever had a 50% refund rate.

I just want an answer to the question... not a refund. Really don't experience problems besides getting used to the controls (which is normal with a new game) and that it doesn't let me log in, which isn't a big deal. It honestly feels like people are just here for the complaining while it's only been out for a few hours. It's annoying.
