Bought shortly before release and i got no Pre Order
I bought the game shortly before it was released, Steam said it was about 3 hours until it was released. Now it's released and I didn't receive a pre-order bonus.

did you check in your library if you have any dlc for planet coaster 2

okay, go into your Library and click the game. find the gear button under the banner logo called "Manage". select "Properties". then "DLC". there you'll find "Planet Coaster 2: Bonus Ride Collection". hope this helps!

There is Only the DLC "Planet Coaster 2: Vintage Funfair Ride Pack"

The main game should say Bonus Ride Collection behind it. It's not a separate DLC.

I wrote to Frontier and they said it is known that there was this incorrect display on Steam and they cannot help me in this case, I cannot receive the pre-order bonus.

Hi, I have the same issue. I pre-ordered and I can't find neither the bonus rides nor the vintage rides from the pre-order packages.
How did you contact Frontier? I'm afraid I can't see a contact possibility or e-mail address.

yes it is. it shows up as DLC in my game settings. Both bonus rides as Vintage pack
