Frontier was asked about this and stated they have no intention of lifting that limit. Your entire post is just you glazing with literally no actual basis to do so.
People are voicing their concerns about this sequel because it took too many steps back while also disgracing the community that made this sequel possible (PC Users) all to appease consoles.
That's not the only issue with the game, there's a ton more.
On the topic of guest limits though, there is no reason to limit the guests on PC, people should be able to have as many as their hardware allows. If someone wants to Franchise with console then the park should always load closed to bypass a hard guest limiter for PC. It took all of two seconds to come up with that idea.
