Resistance Haven Numbers

On the world map. I looked in the archives, and searched the forums.

It will give info about a region you have contact with:

South Africa
Advent Str:# (V:# F:#)

It's heavily implied, but not outright stated (so far as I can tell) that V = Visibility. I assume that number rises as you do stuff and have people working jobs, and the number will slowly decrease the more Haven people you put into hiding.

My guess for F would be Forces, but I feel like that would be covered by "Str".

Someone help me out please?

V is Vigilance level and F is Force level. Strength is the Advent numbers in that region and will vary from one region to another, but Force level is just their development and should be the same globally. It is what determines the type of enemies you will see and just gradually rises as time passes. As you surmise, Vigilance rises as you are active in a region.
