How do i skulljack a Codex for Objective?

I already did the ADVENT Officer, now i need to find the Codex, and i fought at the Psi Portal, no Codex.

Strange, once you skulljack officer at the same moment codex appears. I am not sure whether you could skulljack this codex immediately at this mission, but in any case codexes shall appear now at part of your coming missions

Not a chance, i haven't encounter him for ages and the skulljack Officer mission force you to kill the firsr Codex, then they tell you to skulljack another one, i already killed a Ruler, tried to Jack a General and officer yet nothing new.

Looks like a bug...very strange, I found my codex at my next mission. Try may be skulljack another officer to call new codex

Is there a way to spawn them through console? I'm in June already and stuff is getting harder.

Hard to approach the Officer without getting killed, too many Berserkers and Mutons.

I was lucky to do it earlier (without mutons etc). Try to catch officer during rendezvous

Or be a useless piece of crap turning on console command on Legend mode.

You don't need to skulljack anything else, if there's no other mod messing things up, Codexes will start appearing as routine enemies after you skulljacked the officer.

I have cosmetic mods...All they add is prop clothes, weapons and...A more realistic colour set for map. (Basically darker night.)
