no more war of the chosen?

So, i dont get the option to start war of the chosen, i last played many many years ago but it was fun. i unsubbed to all the mods in the workshop, got all the discspace in the world.... does anyone know why i cant start war of the chosen?

It's an addition to the main game. Start a new game and it will show up soon enough.

When the Launcher come up, you need to select the option for WotC over the default Xcom2 option it is likely still on. Where you find this option depends on which launcher you're using, some are more obvious than others.
Then it will start the game in the WotC version.

Oh yeah, forgot about that. First time it popped up, I selected to always start WotC, now I don't even know how to start the launcher if i ever wanted to change it... I assume it's somewhere in the XCOM2 directory.

OK I'm just gonna go ocd on this mofo and say that's incorrect.

Go into the XCOM2 page in Steam > gear button > Properties > General tab
There's an option to select main game or dlc etc.

Open steam. Find Xcom2. Right click. Go properties. Set launch options.

And don't use the desktop shortcut, it goes to base game regardless of what you have set as your default launch option in Steam. If you want WOTC you have to launch from Steam (or AML).

i dont get the option to start it, there is no launcher, i launch it from steam
