Report a translation problem
Mods can be edited in the same way the base game values can though.
Mod files are located in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500
You'll need to find the correct file, which might be given to you on the mod page. Alternatively, un-sub from the mod, the re-sub and it will be at the top of the files when sorted by date

That would explain why I never heard of it, I am not playing LW, and none of the 120 mods I have add it.
