Star wars nerd in need of help

Hello to anyone caring and daring to look
I just got the game today and have an Addiction to star wars, but have barely been able to find mods that work without the game crashing, or characters losing body parts, is there a known series of mods that will fix this?

First, make sure you are using the community-made mod launcher instead of 2K's:
https://github.com/X2CommunityCore/xcom2-launcher

That should detect conflicts that can cause body parts to vanish on you.

Also, you really need to have at least the HK-47 voice pack.
