No _CommonRedist folder?
I am trying to fix the vcomp120.dll error, but I can't fix it, because the _CommonRedist Folder just doesn't exist. Does anyone know how I could fix this?

I'm not really sure the specifics of what you're talking about, but have you tried verifying your installation? That should fix any files that are missing or damaged.

vcomp120.dll is Visual Studio 2013
What should I do with this?

Download the redistributable for Visual C++ 2013 (or both if there's an x86 and a 64bit).

Install it (or both).

Then run whatever was complaining of the missing DLL.

I made a _CommonRedist folder, put the file in it and now the game finally runs.

Running both of the .exe in here should install the missing vcomp120.dll
<Steam>\SteamApps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2013

The Common Redist folder is meant to contain installation files. The folder itself is not required for anything to work. Just downloading these redistributables from anywhere else and installing them is enough. Creating the Common Redist folder and putting stuff into it is not needed for anything.
