do i have to kill all enemies in Raid Supply missions ?
It says neutralize all enemy targets but if I remember correctly those missions used to not require to kill enemies to pass the misson?

If it's the WOTC 'extract' mission then all you need to do is extract 1 crate in order to 'win' and not lose contact with the region, everything else you do on that mission is optional, strongly advisable to stay and get more crates / kill all the enemies ... but you can extract early if you wish.

All the other supply raid variants of this mission from the base game require you to kill all the enemies in order to complete the mission, early extraction means you will fail entirely, get no supplies at all and lose the region.

You only get the extract missions if you have WOTC, i'm fairly certain the first supply raid is guarantee'd to be the extract variant if you have the DLC enabled.

You do, with the technical exception of turrets as the game doesn't count them towards the total number of enemies.
Which personally I find really annoying as this often (feels like its) cheated me out of finally getting my hands on a Turret Wreck. Not to mention the exp.

The good news is, there's no timer on such missions. So typically no rush on most of them.

Also as mentioned above on the Supply Raid with the crates (WotC) you need to grab, you only need to get one of them for the mission to count as a success. Any you can get after that are just a bonus (and also more supplies) so you aren't required to risk your (troops) neck to get them all.
The timer on that sort also doesn't start until either you grab your first crate or get revealed to the enemy, whichever comes first.

It's also worth noting that enemies under your control are effectively counted as "neutralized" whilst they are under your control. So if you Dominate an Andromedon and kill the 11 other enemies on the map, you'll complete the mission even if the Andromedon is still alive and mind-controlled at the end.

This also seems to apply to Hacked mechanical units, although the control is temporary (unlike with Domination), but only if you choose and successfully roll for the option to take over the enemy bot, and not just shut it down (which is usually the safer option except with very high tech score Specialists.

It usually gives you hints to where the last 3 are as well.
