Way to save soldier customizations, please. Answered: YES!
It would be great if there was a way to save the customizations for soldiers so they can be quickly applied to new rookies.

Update: TotalBiscuit's new video explains the character pool concept. Basically, you can create any number of customized named characters and save them. He then mentions you can load a saved character as a new rookie, and further edit it if you want.

So basically, Yes :)

There is. Characters can be saved to the character pool, which will cause them to be generated as rookies.
Unless you mean like copying something from the pool to an existing character? Not sure if it can do that.

Yes Please, very much this. The entire point of Uniforms is to have a Uniform appearance. Being able to copy the color scheme and detail of another soldier in the unit would save SO much time.

What I'm looking for is a way to quickly apply custom settings to a rookie once their class is set. In XCOM I had a set of customizations for each of the 4 classes that I had to keep applying to soldiers when they promoted into a class. Given all the cool customizations in X2, I'd love to be able to save and reuse them.

To our knowledge nothing has really indicated that is happening, however since we can already save them, I have no doubt a mod will be made to instantly load them. Have faith in the glorious and brave modders!
