How can I tell if mods are working?
I downloaded some mod pack thing, but I haven't played enough of the vanilla game to have any idea if anything has changed or not.

Is there something I can check to see if a mod is currently active in game? I can't find any notification at all that any mods are being run.

Generally no. Some mods, like RPG Overhaul or Highlander, will be instantly noticeable, because they write their version number right under the main menu when you start the game.

Other mods, like Long War of the Chosen, will rename the "new game" button, so they're easy to spot as well.

But there's no in-game list of active mods.

one incompatible mod can also throw off everything else. I had 1 mod out of 180 that was not WOTC compatible and the game would either crash at the AML or nothing would show up in game until I was able to find the bad egg
