is there any mod which recreates these 2 features from LWR for Enemy Unknown?
Long War Rebalanced has a VERY different core gameplay mostly because it makes 2 specific adjustments to the basic ruleset:
1) Overwatch only triggers against units which are in line of sight when the overwatch gets activated. So you can hold your units out of sight of certain enemies and then safely run into their Overwatch.
2) Enemy pods are activated the moment they see an active unit. This fixes the main issue of the new Xcom games where they punish dynamic tactics and rely too much on alpha striking and managing fog of war / pod activation. Basically you can now actually send dudes into the fog of war without having to worry that he activates more alien pods because half the map is probably already engaging you. This opens up so much more tactical flexibility.

But i hate how limited the map pool is in the first game compared to procedural maps.

Is there anything like this for XCom2? Playing XCom without these 2 features is out of the question for me.

I'd suggest "Yellow Alert Gameplay" over "Dynamic Pod Activation", but the choice is yours. I think there's a mod where all pods start activated too.

I don't know of anything that does #1.
