by logic... maybe.... Will?

Actually, the +Will PCS is useless to a Psi Op once they learn Solace (as that makes them immune to everything that Will would normally help defend against).

I don't think there's a PCS that's particularly 'good' for Psi Ops, just whatever you feel will work best for you (other than +Will).

Will is actually of little use in an unmodded game, especially when you get the Psi ability that grants immunity to Psi effects. So I wouldn't recommend Will PCS.

I would recommend either Speed (to zip around more easily) or Aim (if you carry Repeaters on your Rifles and Overwatch, which is probably the most ideal). Dodge is viable, but your Psi Operative should never really be in a situation where they should be shot at in the first place.

In theory, Health is not valuable enough (not when you can one shot or run faster). But again, you should never really be in a situation with your Psi Operative(s) where they need extra health to begin with. Hence why I suggest Speed or Aim.

Would go with aim or health. Mind shield and/or solace to defend against Psi attacks.

Will is for psionic Defense, and most aliens don't use psionic attacks against the Psi Ops.

I like the Mobility PCS, to get the Psi Op into attack/rescue range in a hurry if need be. Otherwise, increased Dodge is very nice.

I originally thought will helped with psi attacks but seems not. And with every soldier having solace (that I have anyway) I suppose conditioning then.

That. Solace has you covered.

I've never come across it, but on the Solace point, the movement PCS maybe a good idea. Just run by all your crazy people and mindmeld them all :psi:

From my experience in the last mission,Solace isn't guaranteed against an Avatars mind control.

Don't have a screenshot of my MAgi turned traitor sorry.... shoulda, coulda, woulda.Yet Solace worked on the plebs in her AOE,so could be a bug.

Edit: Was kind of a scary moment as she carries Execute mod and tends to trigger it often.I had nothing left to *subdue* her with. All went great though as the Avatar was almost dead and killed himself on my gunslingers Return Fire. lol

I would of rofl if she executed the commander. hahaha
