Excalibur Achievement not activating?

I did what it says, but it seems im not getting the achievement? is it bugged? man.. this game should still be in early access.. i've found so many bugs/glitches on this one

No it isnt bugged, I have the unlock. Are you sure each mod is third tier superior?

I had a sniper who I got from the character pool, she was in my Xcom Long war game so I favor her. I always have her the best mods for her sniper.

So for the plasma lance it had a Superior scope, Superior Magazine and then I am not sure if it had a third slot but since it was my favorite character I would have only put a superior item anyway.

Third slot? There's only 2 weapon mod slots for Tier 3 weapons.

He might have Armed to the Teeth continent bonus, which gives a third mod.

They have to be applied once the weapon is third tier, not applied at first or second tier and then weapon upgraded to third tier.

I had the same problem with null lance. It unlocked only with tier 3 assault rifle.

Got it. they should change the how to get the achievement. This is what i did:

Put superior stock, superior scope and superior auto-loader into plasma rifle then killed an Alien with it on mission, that's when i got the achievement......
