Just Curious About ADVENT's Language

Is it just gibberish like EXALT's static quips, or is it an actual made up language kinda like The SIMs' Simlish or Star Trek's many made up alien languages?

On the E3 2015 Gameplay preview video though, I swear I heard the ADVENT Commander told the Trooper to March.

The Advent writing is actually just regular English with a hard-to-read font. If you squint / concentrate really hard, you can tell what it's saying.

I'm sure the translation is accurate, unfortunately the aliens are like the people in that Star Trek episode who only speak in metaphors. Since we don't know the culture, we don't understand their quotes and references any more than they do ours. "Bit of old vinegar" would probably be hilarious if we'd seen the show it came from.
