Unlocking AWC?
So I'm starting my second playthrough and plan to build an AWC much earlier this time (for obvious reasons), but it doesn't seem to be available.
Can anyone tell me what research or events I need to complete for it to unlock?

It is research based, not event based. I know that much because I have my AWC built and I havent even done the first Blacksite yet. I just can't remember what research it is.

Also, can workshop Gremlins staff a Lab? or only substitute for engineers?
