Psi Lab Built But No Rookies

I am playing through on my first run. I finally got around to building the Psi Lab but I can't find anywhere to hire a rookie to put them in. All my other soldiers have other specialties. Also is there a hard limit to only having 10 soldiers?

Dunno, but if there is a limit, you can always dismiss a soldier and then recruit another.

there is no limet to the number of troops you can have i tend to have loads recovering from injjures and last time ended the game with over 25 troopers becuse of it.

On Topic: You can only train rookies to be Psi Operatives. If you already assigned all rookies a class through GTS or whatever means, you won't be able to convert them into Psi Ops.
And no there is no hard limit.

Hey guys...thanks for the answers. I can't believe I missed that recruit option in the Armory. I usually just edit load out and customize soldiers when launching for a mission so I don't click on Armory all that much. When playing the game early on I saw a mission to recruit a soldier so I guess I just thought that was the only way to get soldiers...through missions, Black Market, or HQ. And as for the 10 soldier limit...When I got to 10 soldiers I stopped getting missions to recruit more so I've never had more then 10 so it was more like a guessing thing.
