The game indicates which missions reduce the avatar project when they are offered, no? I haven't had to go looking for that while playing, but maybe I'm wrong about that.
Since there is no tech tree in the game, I wanted to make myself a reference. I almost didn't use the github tree for the stuff I hadn't discovered yet so I wouldn't spoil it for myself but then figured what the hell.
Spoiler for a first playthrough, but indispensable for later ones, especially with Ironman!
I still have quite a bit of white space at the bottom right. Any suggestions what other type of info would be useful there?
BTW, If someone has attempted to print it, can they confirm it prints ok on A2 sized paper? I sized it so it would fit but don't actually have paper that size. I'm actually not sure how common that size is actually.

So I've replaced the Google Slide file with a PDF version in a shared folder instead. That should be more mass-user friendly. Please see the updated OP for details.
