I m very VERY far in to my game i have 12 contacts made, and i have like 2-3 more teretories to discover but i dont have any more intel, how do i get more intel ?

Have you tried the blackmarket?

By spinning in the headquarters? Or is there something in the lategame that prevents that?

You need more missions rewards, they will pop up, or go back to HQ , buy Intel increase over time upgrade for 25 supplies, then just pass time at HQ.

Sometimes you can also get intel as a bonus for hacking.

The most effective way I've found to make intel, other than Intel reward missions, is to make sure you have the intel upgrade for your main base and scan while parked there. It isn't much per tick, but if you have a decent radio network it should get you enough to make contact in a few days unless you have some dark events making your life hell.

Oh, and also skulljack the bejezzus out of every advent trooper you see. It's just good fun!

Use skullmine during missions, gives little bit of extra intel.

Intel missions from shadow bald guy missions usually.
Intel from skullmining.
The guerilla missions usually have one that gives Intel.
Researching Datapads unlocks Intel.


Basically, the game will give you enough intel before the end of the month. You just have limited resources like that to make you feel under pressure but you are not. It's just limiting your expansion arbitrarily by the date.
