Also look at it like this: Untouchable is a guaranty that you won't get hit. Deep Cover gives you Hunker Down. There's still a chance you'll get hit; especially by a melee attack. Always go for the "sure thing".
Thanks all for the replies. Yeah. I like to play my scout as a guy who goes for the kill when its really needed. So I tend to stay in concealment a lot as I like to use him on tough enemies like Berserkers or Archons and the like as the increase in aim and crit is really nice. As I tend to use him for the killing blow.
I think Untouchable it will be.
