How to cancel construction?

So i got too many Power relay and wanted more constuct res comms but accidently clicked power relay and it's now in the progress of construction and there doesn't seem to be a button where i can cancel it,but i did once saw a button where you can demolish or cancel,but can't remember if it was after construction or during it.
