Advent black site

I played like 6 missions i do not know how to activate advent black site mission to get my next territory it says i have to contact locals what does that mean?

You have to "make contact" in the area with the blacksite. If you can't do that yet, you have to make contact with the neighbors first.

Costs intel to make contact.

There are lines that leads to nearest sector. Take them, but be sure that you have enough "contact slots". After that you will be able to start a blacksite mission.
And some advise: don't miss them. I already have only 3 points till finishing avatar and it's hard=)))

... i see the line from the artic but it does not let me start mission i think i am refunding the game as it is bugged i watched some streamer and he researched communications and he was allowed to do the black site instantly. That was not the case for me.

It isn't bugged, as they say RTFM! You have a tutorial that walks you through this and clearly labeled actions on the Geoscape that tell you to make contact. Missions are labeled on the bottom right center of the map to let you start it.

the blacksite is just a guess where it might be. to get the exact location you have to contact the resident group of that area. for that you gotta research the comlink which is unlocked after a couple days into the game.

intel is just a currency used for some research and as currency on the blackmarket.

Dude how do you explain it not letting me start it and me copying and doing exactly as a youtube video of someone playing?
My friend even came over he completed the game and said my game is bugged...

I understand dude it does not even let me establish contact when i did the research i saw over 10 videos of people being able to go to different parts of the continet after the research the game just does not allow me to do so.

No i have not you need that to reach farther distances it says but the place im trying to go to is right next to my base.

Well i completely restarted and uninstalled game and reinstalled did exact thing and seems to work now bugged.
