How do I increase squad size?

Having fun playing this game, seems more challenging than first but I feel as if I've missed something obvious about improving squad size. Any advice would be most appreciated.

You gotta get the guerilla tactic school thingy

You need to build a Guerilla Training School in the Avenger.

Or you could modify the game files :^)

guerilla tactic school and it should have a list of things to buy, you need a soldier to be a seargent rank first I believe. OR http://www.pcgamer.com/how-to-tweak-xcom-2-ini-files-for-fun-and-danger/ If you can tinker with your files I believe the article states you could make your squad up to 60. Lol anyways have fun
