AMD Dual Core Optimizer?
So looking at the XCOM 2 local files, I noticed this. Will running this on lower end AMD cpu/gpus have any effect for those people who are having terrible performance, or is it hardcoded into the game to optomize for them? If its hardcoded, and works, would there be something like this for Intel/NVIDIA users on lower end rigs to use?

I just noticed it today, and i'm not gonna guinie pig it to see what happens after running the setup file....

Maybe useful for those who owns an AMD dualcore but even then this is only a patch for a fault in a design and any modern product won't need it.
