Change Graphics Options Out Of Game

So my graphics card is slowly dying, and one of the symptoms is that it crashes my system whenever it has to display high quality fullscreen graphics. Normally, I can just set it for medium quality and borderless windowed display, and everything works just fine. However, because the menu screen for XCOM 2 is rendered in-game, I can't make it into the game options to adjust my settings.

Could somebody please help me adjust these settings from outside the game?

C:\Users\*your username*\Documents\My Games\XCOM2\XComGame\Config

Look for XComEngine.ini and open up scroll down halfway and you will see a sub heading

[SystemSettings]

Look down and find this

BorderlessWindow=False set that to true

Scroll to the end of that section and you will find the ResX and ResY values, set them to the window size you want.
